FAQ

DM Mobile Installation
- Which phones can I install the program on?
The program can be installed on most phone models which support Java. For comfortable work your phone's screen resolution should be at leat 240x320.
- Is it possible to install the program on Windows Mobile device?
By default Windows Mobile does not support Java programs. Though you can try to start DM Mobile usin the emulator.

Starting DM Mobile:
- When run for the first time the program shows an error screen and exits.
Before you start the program open the menu with the program settings. The exact menu option name depends on your phone's model. In the window that will appear allow the program to access your memory card (or the phone's memory if you don't have a memory card) for reading and writing (the program needs this to save downloaded files).

Working with DM Mobile:
- Where are the downloaded files saved?
DM Mobile will try to save downloaded files to the phone's standard virtual folders for corresponding file types. For example DM Mobile will save picture files to the "Pictures" folder and music files (mp3 for example) to the "Music" folder. If the program cannot find such a folder for the file it will be saved to the "Downloads" folder on your memory card or phone's memory. You can change the download folder in the program options.
- The phone is constantly asking for permission.
Close DM Mobile. Open the menu with the program settings. The exact menu option name depends on your phone's model. In the window that will appear grant the program maximum rights for reading and writing files and for Internet access.
- "Open file" option doesn't work.
This feature is supported by limited number of phone models. We hope that more future phones will support it.
- How to manage your downloads?
To open a context menu select the file with navigational keys and press "OK", which is usually placed in the middle of the block of navigational keys. To select several files press the "5" key on your phones's keypad.
